ganti8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC-20), and BNB (BEP-20).
Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are generally credited to your Account instantaneously. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 for e-wallet channels and MYR 50 for FPX and bank transfer channels, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are equivalent to MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ganti8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
All Account balances are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by ganti8 at the time of deposit confirmation. Exchange rates are updated continuously and are available for review on the deposit screen prior to confirmation.
ganti8 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your Account.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers — typically 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and may be affected by third-party processing delays beyond ganti8's control.
Withdrawals will only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name and matching the details provided during Account registration. ganti8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for all payment channels unless otherwise stated. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for players who have completed full KYC verification, though ganti8 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ganti8 reserves the right to retain any funds associated with the suspected breach pending resolution.
